The installation project of Chongqing heating furnace online dew point intelligent monitoring system has been successfully completed

On the evening of March 12, 2018, at 11:00 pm, the installation and commissioning project of the dew point measurement system for the heating furnace of a certain automotive system company in Chongqing was successfully completed. This project has chosen the high-quality sensor Easidew PRO XP from the UK, which integrates an online dew point intelligent monitoring system. From communication, project approval, procurement, and construction debugging, it has gone through 5 and a half months, which is a great experience for the growth of Tailand Technology.

The project faces the following challenges:

1. The heating furnace body is 30 meters long and the back structure is complex. How to choose the sampling point reasonably?

2. How to choose the materials for each pipeline and valve when the furnace temperature is 1000 ℃?

3. How to efficiently preprocess the sample gas with complex composition and slight negative pressure while ensuring safety?

4. PLC configuration, dew point signal acquisition, and feedback control of various regulating valves need to be completed.

5. The customer is unable to provide on-site completion drawings, and some core equipment has not yet arrived. How can the instrument layout and wiring be coordinated?

After consulting multiple dew point meter manufacturers and clarifying the work interface, workload, and actual needs, the customers were all intimidated. Due to tight schedule and limited funds, under pressure, the client contacted Sichuan Tailand Technology Company with a trial mentality. Sichuan Tailand Technology gladly accepted the challenge and dispatched business and technical experts to the customer's site three times for on-site communication, understanding the process requirements, and completing on-site surveying and mapping work.

In the preliminary design stage, organize experts from tertiary design institutes to conduct Hazard and Operability Analysis (HAZOP), Hazard and Operability Analysis, from a system perspective, identifies, analyzes, and evaluates potential hazards in engineering projects or production equipment in advance to improve the safety and operability of the equipment process.

During the construction drawing phase, the technical team simplified the PID to reduce costs, and further optimized the material selection, insulation, and cooling circulating water design in the project.

During the implementation phase of the plan, Tailand organized a kick-off meeting to complete the selection and procurement of large process valves, and successfully procured system components based on all drawings. They led the general contractor to develop a construction plan, coordinated the schedule of other subcontractors, and thus perfectly connected the process system, self-control system, and on-site installation and commissioning work.

To a certain extent, this project is a small EPCC project that holds milestone significance for Tyrande. Tailand is no longer just a qualified instrument supplier and analysis system integrator. We have grown into an enterprise with simple process design, production integration, and construction capabilities.
