The natural gas online dew point measurement system integrates a simple sample gas pretreatment system with a dew point transmitter. The preprocessing system includes filters, flow control valves, on/off valves, pressure reducing valves, dew point transmitter chambers, flow meters and related connectors, through plates, etc. The system is installed in a 316 stainless steel box, which can be easily installed on site.

Product Introduction:

The natural gas online dew point measurement system integrates a simple sample gas pretreatment system with a dew point transmitter. The preprocessing system includes filters, flow control valves, on/off valves, pressure reducing valves, dew point transmitter chambers, flow meters and related connectors, through plates, etc. The system is installed in a 316 stainless steel box, which can be easily installed on site.

According to the different requirements of the usage site, there are three options available:

TLD Simple: A regular display meter installed on the surface or inside of the box;

TLD Simple IS: An intrinsically safe display meter installed inside the enclosure;

● Explosion proof type (TLD Simple Exd): Explosion proof display meter, installed inside the box.

The natural gas online dew point measurement system can also remotely transmit analog signals corresponding to the dew point measurement range to DCS or other data collection points on site

Manage equipment. On site installation and use are extremely simple, just supply power to the transmitter, connect the gas circuit, and you can measure the dew point of the sample gas.

Selection Guide:
